We met the host Gwen who gave us some great recommendations and also quickly fixed a minor issue. We enjoyed the restaurants in Lake Lure. GreyHawk and Lured had great outdoor spaces and food. "The house was great - had tons of beautiful spaces throughout and everything worked well. The view was stunning, even with Lake Lure being low on water during the clean up. The pool was nice, though very warm! The house was well appointed with several items that we needed/wanted during the stay. There was a lot of dirt/hair on the floors, as well as confetti and balloons that must have been the last people in the house. After we left, we even got a phone call asking if we had a pet there bc they found evidence of a pet while cleaning. This was pet hair that was present when we arrived at the house. "
