"Bathroom requires some fixing. Shower curtain too long, appears not clean. Power point too close to table...unable to use for certain large power plugs."

"We had a wonderful 4 days in the Blue Mountains- The staff at the Kyah were super helpful and accommodating. Amazing soak in the hot tub and the room was clean and the bed super comfy! "

"Parking was good and food at the Bistro was nice too. Hotel is old and rooms inside are adequate but run down and a bit noisy (if you get noisy neighbors). You get what you pay for."

"Very much enjoyed our stay, was very clean and loved things like zoned AC to each room. The fireplace was beautiful and it was overall a great place to stay. The information booklet was very detailed and the house was well equipped too. Would be nice in the future to have perhaps one outdoor entertainment thing like a fire pit, bbq or jacuzzi, but obviously doesn't count against the place as it never advertised that it had one.If you want to stay in the area I highly recommend! Thank you for being great hosts!"

"Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel."

"Rooms and location was perfect for venturing to the Glow Worm Tunnels and Zig Zag Railways. As it was Easter the restaurant was closed so cannot comment on that. "

"Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. "
