"The toilet wasn’t working properly and I borrowed a plunger. Still problematic. The pool wasn’t open which bummed me out as that’s a main reason I went there. They ran out of coffee 😭 The front desk lady manager was absolutely awesome and did her level best to help with all situations. She worked very long hours and was very helpful and kind."

"Everything was wonderful, except the food for breakfast. We picked Embassy because of the great breakfast provided, we had previously experienced, and we knew we would be looking forward to it after our long trip. But the food was bland, rubbery, and tasted worse than what we could have gotten at a McDonalds. It was very sub-par, and lack luster especially for a Hotel under the Hilton brand."

"The hotel is very cool and exciting to walk through! So much history! The staff is very kind and helpful. The bedroom was clean, the bathroom was small and had a few hairs when we arrived but was maintained well. The walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors sometimes but that comes with vintage building. Loved the key cards!!! The coffee shop was great and the bar was amazing too! The valet was kind and helpful as well!! We would definitely come again!"

"We stayed at this pineapple location due to its proximity to children's hospital. A 5 minute drive 5 or 10 minute drive And we love that the place, it is clean.There's a pool that we used the kids really enjoyed it. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are totally comfortable and we slept like babies in the air conditioning The staff is always helpful and kind.I would 10/10 recommend"
