"I liked the cleaning essence of the rooms and overall property, the parking was spacious, staff very kind and respectful. Did not like there are no soap bars, the liquid soap is not enough and not too good quality. Breakfast could be improved with more fruit options, pancake or waffle maker instead of frozen ones, and more pastries."
"Mystic Lake is an amazing casino/hotel. A Showroom event brought us here, and that, too is a very nice venue that is just the right size for us.
The entire property is rather large, so walking is something you need to be able to do. If walking is difficult for any guests, I didn't see an alternative way to get around.
The hotel rooms were clean and modern, so no complaints there.
All in all, I would give our visit 4 out of 5 stars."
