"The hotel was beautiful but no hot tub yet not until 2027 staff was very kind and helpful if you like a very firm bed you will love it the only down side was we could not control the heat or air conditioner so room stayed at 77 degrees even with window open at around 40 degrees outside"

"we went a little beyond our normal hotel stays and booked a queen suite; we were not disappointed. The room was huge, having a separate bedroom made it very comfortable. The large counter in the bathroom was very helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and out were easy. The grounds were clean and well maintained with a courtyard and fire pit out back. The lobby/bar/restaurant area was huge and very nice. It's about a mile on foot to downtown Lake Placid (uphill) so think hard before trying. We would strongly recommend this facility and will stay here again."
