Enjoy a relaxing, quiet getaway in a private, gated community on beautiful Lake Placid in Lake Placid FL.. This 1 acre almost 5000 square foot home, is a lakeside HOME AWAY FROM HOME . It has all the amenities one could need. Beautiful semi-open floor plan to accommodate any size family. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an office and game room. Sleeps 8 persons but with plenty of space for extra sleeping. Bring your boat and keep it at your own private, covered lighted dock with a boat lift, water and electricity. The home is recently renovated with hardwood floors, new appliances, gas stove, updated bathrooms, large dining room, the kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining. There is a screened in area that has a TV so you never miss a moment of the big game! There is a fire pit on the patio, private beach and a perfect view for sunset dining. The master bath has a walk in shower along with soaking tub. The office is located off the master bedroom that could be used as another bedroom. There is plenty of storage and large attached garage with a spare fridge. Centrally located just a few minutes from the heart of Lake Placid with the adorable downtown main street that features cute shops, eateries, a new Publix and Walgreens / CVS.
Lake Placid is a just about a 3,400 acre lake that is never crowded, known for the amazing sunsets, water sports and fresh water fishing.
Large front and back yards lawn area for kids to have fun while the adults can "TAKE IT EASY".
