"Building appears fairly new and clean. Very spacious eating/gathering area with bar open in the evening. Pool/hot tub and laundry facilities were welcome after a week on the road. Parking felt safe. Staff very friendly as well!"

"Our overall stay was good! Plan to hike around a bit to the pools depending on where you’re staying certainly got our steps in:) rides are available in the golf carts with friendly helpful drivers! When busy the main pool gets quite crewed and not enough lounge chairs so get there early! Food was decent maybe a little over priced but to be expected at a resort! Only downfall is… when booking they said there was pickelball courts that you can play on but….. they didn’t tell you at check in or online that it’s.. members only … guests at resort have to pay $50 per 90min session! Kinda disappointing since they were nice courts and mostly not used we did find nearby courts at Ashler hills park that were free to play at! Room were clean and cared for each day! Sliding bathroom doors could be greased so they slide nicer and quieter definitely don’t give ya much privacy while using the toilet either😳 We did leave a couple days early since we wanted a little more space than our studio room provided and remembered that we enjoyed a more private experience! Overall good and great place to stay! "

"Serious Hygiene Issue (Bed Bugs) – Room 125 We stayed at this property from April 9th–13th. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short when we discovered a live bed bug and fecal stains on the bedding in Room 125. We provided photographic evidence to the management, and the property manager, Meryl, confirmed it was "a match" for a bed bug. While the manager was professional in her demeanor and agreed to authorize a refund for our final two nights, the hotel was unable to move us to a new room, stating they did not want to risk the spread of the pests. This resulted in a forced early checkout and the significant inconvenience of finding last-minute accommodations and treating all of our belongings. While the staff was polite, a bed bug infestation is a major health and safety concern. I hope the property takes the necessary professional extermination steps to ensure this doesn't happen to future guests."

"Needs major renovation. Coffee maker in roomer is incomplete and I asked if I could get a coffee the front desk said no they didn’t have any. Then when I said the coffee maker was incomplete miraculously they could get some coffee. I would call it shady at best because the door jams were split so we got another room and you could see that door has been repaired. Didn’t feel safe. They also wanted a $50.00 deposit when we door there. "

"A dump/homeless shelter, my first room, roach infested, move to another room worse than the first one roach infested, so moved to the third room, roach infested but not as bad, drinking and drug use in public areas party time when the sun goes down till 3 AM, couldn’t get sleep tried calling the office. No one answering the phone ever, saw absolutely no security, homeless, and drug addicts and sketchy people roaming the place, no one picking up after their dogs company policies and rules not being enforced at all. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place."
