"Comfortable bed there was no TV but that's okay listing said it had a barbecue grill but our tent did not have one saw two other tents that had them our fire pit did not have a propane tank either would return very nice place to relax only complaint was you can hear the highway off in the distance"

"Place was ready for us when we got there. It was exactly as it was described. Although there isn't ac for the cabin, the river next to it does an excellent job cooling the place at night. The neighbors are a little standoffish. It was a great place to stay if you want to visit treasure falls, Mesa verde, four corners, pegosa hot springs, Telluride, Silverton, etc. So much better than a hotel room, it felt like home."
