"We had a room on level 1 with a river view. Pricey but worth it to celebrate 55 yrs of marriage. Refrigerator was spacious but lacked a freezer. Very quiet. Easy access to the river walking path. Restaurant was great and prices were reasonable, but when dinner was done it took 10 minutes after asking to get a box for our leftovers and another 15 minutes to get the check and pay"

"Overall, this was a pretty nice place and very close to the downtown areas restaurants and breweries and within walking distance. Front desk staff was very professional and polite. Breakfast was OK at best, with one day served the mystery round egg things and cold. The 2 free happy hour cocktails? Stick to the beer. The liquor was pretty bad and cheap. Its a nice touch to have that offered, but up the game with something better than the stuff we hammered in college. Pool and whirlpool were clean. Property was spotless and parking was ample. A couple of broken items in our room should have been addressed prior to having someone stay in the room. Overall, it was a decent property and as we have stayed in Durango multiple times in the past, we'll probably stay at this property again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the river location. The cabin itself is need of a thorough cleaning and a slight facelift. Even new doormats would help."

"Had a great time and the location couldn’t be better. It was a well needed vacation and my wife and I will return. The view was amazing and the instructions from the host were very straight forward. It was clean when we entered with firewood already available. We brought our own so left what we had left behind for the next guess to keep warm with. Highly recommend, I’ve never been more relaxed than when I was here."

"Great place to stay and do some gambling. Room was nice, updated and clean. Has of the best steakhouses in the area. Only complaint was weak to nonexistent Wi-Fi signal in hotel room on third floor."
