"It was mostly quiet except for a group that had to leave early. Water wasn't always hot. Generator was pretty loud when the power was off. But I felt safe and the room was clean and staff was helpful. "

"We arrived from the UK without knowing what to expect. Honestly the hotel staff went above and beyond for everything. Our driver Ben was incredible and had ample knowledge of the area and it’s surroundings. Thanks all "
"The property is good and in a quiet place. However this is the second time I am booking through Expedia and ending up in an argument with the managers of the hotel. You reach the hotel and find it sold out so they have to find you alternative accomodation, the rates are disputed and the alternative quote is always more than double that listed online. This time, I was not even able to extend my stay because they totally refused to recognize the Expedia rate. Instead of the Kshs. 5500 listed on the site, they insisted on 12,000 and we had to find accommodation elsewhere. Needless to say, I will never go back there again if I had a choice."
