This gorgeous single story house with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe has been totally remodeled and features every amenity, including a level 2 EV charger in the garage Access to the stunning private Lake Tahoe Park Beach club is included. Our house features a lovely gourmet kitchen and master bath with jetted tub, two fireplaces, huge L- shaped deck overlooking the Lake with a Sundance Spa, new luxury mattresses, gas BBQ and a brand new fire pit on the patio, surrounded by towering pines. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cookware and a myriad of appliances and utensils for meals from casual to gourmet.

This warm and welcoming house has amazing Lake views from the master bedroom and bathroom, second king bedroom, living and dining rooms and sun room. Designed and built by the locally revered team of Morton and Beck, our custom home is beautifully furnished in newly redone minimalist Tahoe style. We proudly offer exclusive entry to the Lake Tahoe Park Association private beach club. The living room is ample and the furnishings are constantly upgraded and top quality.There is high-speed internet service with WiFi, Big screen HD Smart TV, and Apple TV. Free landline phone service within the US. Every bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV. The house features two bedrooms with king size beds as well as a bunk room with 4 twin beds and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Our home is nearly 3,000 square feet and features two fireplaces, one woodburning and the other with a remote control gas log. There is a private patio in the front with a large stainless steel gas BBQ ( the BBQ is available when snow is not present)and new firepit, and in the back, a huge, wrap-around deck with panoramic views facing Lake Tahoe. Paneled in first- cut redwood, the house has an extensive collection of board games for guest use, as well as beach chairs, inflatable raft and umbrella, rolling cooler and beach wagon ad assorted beach toys. Hundreds of books, from recent bestsellers to hiking and fishing guides to the area are available for guest use. The huge, living room flat screen TV now features smart capabilities - you may order any form of entertainment you enjoy and view it instantaneously. The new flat screen in the rear king bedroom also features Apple TV.

Guests enjoy a free membership to the Lake Tahoe Park lakefront beach club. This private club located on the shore of Lake Tahoe, features two long piers, BBQs and lakefront picnic tables, horseshoes, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground for the kids and many grassy areas. Enjoy Lakefront watercraft, beach activities, picnics and cookouts with stunning views or just a nap in the sun with the Lake as a backdrop!

We are located three miles south of Tahoe City in Talmont Estates. Reno is approximately 45 minutes away and Incline Village, Nevada is 25 minutes. The ski resorts of Homewood ( 5 minutes away), Granlibakken ( 1 minute), Palisades and Alpine ( 20 minutes) are all close by. Dining options are extensive and varied, from four-star restaurants to innovative family fare. Every form of outdoor adventure is readily available nearby - skiing, snowboarding, hiking, world class trout fishing, ATV's, parasailing, watercraft rental of all types, etc. Come enjoy Tahoe at its best!

Great Ski Week Family Trip

Best Stay in Tahoe City

We stayed there for 2 weeks during the holiday. The house has gorgeous lake view and very nicely done. The house has the most completed supplies at all the rentals we've ever stayed. You can find everything you need. Convenient location to Palisades Tahoe. The owner was super helpful and respond to our questions very fast. A wonderful family getaway

We spent four lovely days in Lake Tahoe in this beautiful home. The view of the lake was spectacular and the home itself could not have been better. What a well stocked kitchen! Even though the area was busy, we saw two bears and a coyote just wandering around the area. Thanks to the owners for making our stay memorable.

Had a great time when staying here. Place is just right for a family get together in Tahoe. Had good communication with owner and every went very smoothly. Super clean. Fabulous home

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful rental. The epic view follows you throughout the home and the sunrises are gorgeous. There are many details that make the stay very comfortable - soft towels, well equipped kitchen, cute bear soaps, thermostats for specific rooms, items for families with young children, and more. We are looking forward to coming back again - hopefully sooner rather than later!

Family reunion

Home was perfect for us. Bedrooms on opposite end of house from public areas allowing for baby naps and work calls. Kitchen very well equipped. Garage for parking was huge benefit during two snowfalls. Host very easy to work with on early entry.

Unforgettable Experience - Loved Everything!

The home is beautiful and the views of the lake just make you pause in wonder. We slept very well and we were happily surprised to wake up to snowfall on my husband’s 40th birthday. Coffee and watching the lake and feeling overwhelmed by the majestic beauty that Lake Tahoe offers will always be memorable to us. The kitchen is very well stocked and the owners are extremely thoughtful in everything they provide in this home. My kids and I have never seen snowfall before and that alone coupled with this beautiful home made lasting memories for all of us. We would love to come back again and would highly recommend this home as a beautiful Lake Tahoe vacation spot.
