Important Information Before Booking
Bear-Proof Trash Bin: The bear-proof trash bin is located next to the driveway. Please use this bin for all trash and make sure the lid is securely closed after each use. Bears are a natural part of life in Tahoe and can be attracted to unsecured garbage. Properly securing your trash helps protect both you and our local wildlife.
Winter Travel: When visiting Tahoe in winter, be prepared for mountain driving conditions, possible road closures, and delays in snow removal. You’re booking a mountain getaway, so come prepared for changing weather and road conditions. Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snowplows. This street is not a primary plow road, so clearing may take longer. Four-wheel drive and/or chains are always recommended, and smaller, low-profile vehicles may have difficulty navigating snowy conditions.
Power Outages: Tahoe can experience power outages during snow, rain, and wind events. Lanterns are provided for your convenience, although availability may vary.
Rental Agreement: The El Dorado County vacation rental ordinance requires the Guest of Record to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. The Guest of Record must be at least 25 years of age, must stay at the property, and must keep a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.
Permit Information: El Dorado County Permit #073707 | TOT #63906
Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests. Children ages five and younger are not counted toward the occupancy limit. Occupancy limits are enforced at all times.
Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles, provided that 2 vehicles can fit in the garage.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Please respect quiet hours and remember that this is a residential neighborhood. Parties and disturbances of any kind are not permitted. The hot tub may not be used between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Guest of Record: Must be at least 25 years of age.
