"We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is a beautiful room in a convenient location for all our adventures. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location! The only things that were minor complaints were that the bathroom vanity was incredibly small with plenty of space that it could have been expanded. Additionally, we struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have preferred. We were there in winter, and the heat kept kicking on, despite our best efforts. Otherwise, the room was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Comfortable and secure stop over for one night in Rotorua. Parking felt very secure due to gate entrance. Room was clean and comfortable but heat pump did not really work. When we went to ask about it at the front desk told to just give it time. So it was a cold night and glad we weren’t staying more days. "
