"Clean comfortable room"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly from the time we arrived until the time we departed! We had a windowless room in a building off the courtyard and it was perfect for sleeping in after fun late nights. It has character and is in an amazing location. We will definitely be back when we return to Nola."

"The staff was superb - thank you to each one of the lovely front desk staff and the valet staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The same goes for the cafe staff. Whoever is doing the hiring - well done. The room was great and housekeeping service was excellent. I really had a wonderful stay and have only concern that won’t change my 5 Stars but would give me to pause to stay here again - I think that bar patrons who are not guests sneak into the pool. There were rowdy people in the pool on some nights cursing and smoking, with children in the pool. I did not have the impression they were guests - they came across as coming directly from the bar in their clothes and just using pool towels. I guess they knew in advance to bring a bathing suit. I can’t say for sure and I’m not trying to play detective here, but fyi to management. This happened on more than one night and there were at least three instances that I suspected this was going on. Please note, I did not report my concerns to the front desk. "
