"Parking was easy, but there were holes cut in the chain link fencestaff was helpful and the place was as expected for the price. The elevator was scary... On the way up there was a loud thud with a jolt that felt like the thing was going to fall to the bottom floor... The other issue was that they do not have an ice machine... Only an icemaker in the fridge in the room and the ice maker in our fridge did not work, so we had to buy ice and lug it up to the room."

"We stayed in the Hummingbird room and it was absolutely delightful! The room is spacious and so clean and comfortable. The garden view is superb and peaceful. The walk in shower and jet tub is luxurious. We ordered dinner and it was superb and very reasonable especially for the amount of food. The breakfast was delicious especially the overnight oats! Staff were very communicative and accommodating. I am so happy I found this gem in the forest. My husband and I will definitely go back for a longer stay!"

"Home is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. Very quiet, away from the city, up on a hill, if weather is snowing, you might need a 4x4 to get to it. Sitting on the porch in the evening was wonderful. Shasta Caverns a very close and well worth the boat ride and shuttle to the caverns."

"Wonderful home to stay at! Great home for vacationing at the lake and surrounding attractions. A/c worked great, the kitchen and bbq are awesome. Love the views and watching nature from the balcony. Overall one of the best homes we have stayed at in the area. Very private."
