The property was fine,but there is nothing to do or dine except there at the hotel,and it has no pool to swim or entertainment for yourself or family.

There is a small artsy shopping community with very original designs, at the end of a nice boardwalk.

This particular hotel was new and modern. The room was very clean and updated. The staff was also great! However, Lakeland is not a great area and the route to this hotel was ridden with people who were clearly on substances and we even saw someone getting arrested as well. There’s also a very concerning gas station right next door.

Nice new property, this was my first best western, and over all was pretty impressed. The pillows were small and the bed was a little firm for my wife’s liking but great for me.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and excellent staff. Rooms clean and comfy. Six miles from the baseball stadium. TV gets LOTS of stations! Good free breakfast . Toilet seat doesn’t stay up, but that is minor. Looking outside our window is an older mobile home park, which isn’t the most exciting thing to see. Not much in the area, actually. Need to drive a bit to find restaurants . But, again, hotel itself is very nice.

Very friendly staff. Building is only a couple of years old so everything is new. Only problem we encountered was that the first room for some reason had no hot water. Staff moved us to another room and everything was fine. Gave three stars for area around the property because of the fuel station next door had some interesting clientele coming in and out.

The rooms were very clean, the check in process was fast and the breakfast is above the standards of any other hotel I’ve been to (within this price range). Strongly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Lakeland area. I will be staying again if I return to the city.

It was a really nice clean hotel fairly new and upgraded had one of the best breakfasts that I've ever had there for plenty of choices and everything was hot and ready I do not give them full five stars because when companies like this start getting five stars that's when their service starts to go down here so even when I believe I got excellent service I still only get four stars just to not give them a big head but I enjoy staying there wouldstay there again
