"Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The only negative experience was the check-in process. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and understood that the official check-in time is 4:00 p.m., but we checked with the front desk several times to see if our room was ready and unfortunately had to wait until after 4:00 p.m. before we were able to get into our room. Traveling with young children and an older family member who has diabetes made the extended wait especially difficult. As time went on, she became increasingly anxious because we didn’t know when the room would be ready. While we understand that rooms need to be cleaned and prepared, better communication or making a room available as soon as possible would have made a big difference.
Other than the delayed check-in, our stay was excellent. The hotel, staff, and overall experience were wonderful, and we would definitely consider staying here again."
