Hi arrived around 2 30am, no-one was about , other than a guest waitfor towels for the room, whe we got to the room it had no toilet paper or towels, we had a drink, but again no spoons, the bed was very cheap and lumpy and hard. We had to sleep with the window open, because of the heat ,the road was very loud. The window had a broken safety catch, so a child could fall out, the bed was under the window, the room looked to have been made up to a third word standard, I think it's owners are from Asia

Great location in Central London. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Cabs out front all day so easy to get around town.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. They have rooms in the basement! For the amount of money they charge a night, it’s completely absurd for them to think people will be ok with a room in the basement. It’s felt so cluster phobic, it was dreary, no windows and it was dark. There was constant noise coming from the ceiling they kept me up at night. I think it was the elevator machinery. I complained to the front desk and asked to be moved. They said they could “possibly” move me but would have to charge me extra! Really? When booking the room, no where did it say room in BASEMENT. Never would I think a hotel will offer basement accommodations. The staff however was super friendly but the room was horrid. If you decide to make reservations at this hotel, ask to NOT be in the basement!

Great experience all together; cooled rooms, clean, great breakfast and perfect location
