"Enjoy this Village hotel , very very comfortable and quiet room. Really helpful hospitality from the team, shout out for Sarah front of house and bar manager Stephen who helped with gluten free needs and made my stay much easier. Pool an added treat. Definitely stay again."

"Check in simple and straightforward with friendly receptionist. Took four teenage boys in the pool and lady on desk was happy and extremely welcoming. A lady was doing a swimming lesson, couples, young families and a rugby team were using the facilities and it was a great atmosphere. Room clean and perfect for an overnight stop over. Would stay again."

"Stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. Room was immaculate and cleaned every day, with a note to say who had cleaned it. Bed was huge, as was the shower. Room a decent size too. The only niggle would be the TV would be better if it was on a movable bracket as it's in the corner of the room and awkward to watch from the bed. Reasonably priced given the location, literally 10 minutes drive from Newcastle town centre. Also I left something behind and after contacting the hotel discovered it had been picked up by the housekeeping team and put into lost property who are willing to send it back to me which means a great deal as the item was a gift. Would happily stay there again."
