"I will come back to Florence just to stay at this hotel. The staff is the absolute best, they feel like family!! Bruno, Rafael, Desire, Lorenzo, Valeria and Chef Ela are all WONDERFUL!!!! Make sure not to miss eating at Meze, it’s exceptional. Location is perfect, in the center of everything and a 3 minute walk to the water. 10 out of 10!!!"
