The hotel was nice and cute. Our room was a nice size for three people. I liked how the bedroom had two closet spaces and a table. It’s nice how they offer refreshments and snacks. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. AC was plus. I will most likely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

The staff at Hotel Zanobi 45 were outstanding in their service and friendliness! They accommodated us with a fan when our AC was not working, which worked out fine since the weather was cooler in October. The fact that there is no elevator was overcome by the convenient location to shops and dining and walking distance to the magnificent heart of Florence. We would definitely stay there again!

It was such a cute place, all of the staff we encountered were so helpful and friedly. There is a little snack station and sitting area which was very nice. Rooms were comfortable even for 3 of us. Zanobi 45 - it’s a hidden gem (!) The location is absolutely perfect and so close to all main attractions that Florence has to offer.
