Very clean and spacious apartments. Staff were very polite and helpful. Also nice restaurant on site. The two bed room apartment also has a washer and dryer, good for doing laundry on the road.
The most beautiful and gorgeous hotel we have ever stayed. The best location in Florence just a few minutes walk to the Duomo. The service is top rated and the breakfast is amazing too.
Gorgeous place and quiet sanctuary right in the middle of a busy, hectic city. No street noise in the rooms. every single staff member was delightfully helpful.
If I was forced to complain about something,.. I would say that the lobby restaurant was hired out for private evets multiple nights so hotel guests had no ability to access that amenity.
The best hotel I have ever stayed in. All details were absolutely perfect. Incredible staff, Sarah e Karina were wonderful. The hotel was beautiful. Modern yet historic. The location was perfect. The food was delicious. Could not recommend more.
The hotel location is one of the best in Florence so if you have elders with you traveling your grandpa and your grandma this is the best place to be in Florence because every sightseeing area. The most important areas are four minutes or six minutes walk by distance so it is a very beautiful location as for the property itself. It used to be a castle so I think you have an idea of what I’m talking about the lobby is very luxurious and people are just coming in and taking pictures and leaving. We haven’t tried the food but the hotel service itself is very quick and amazing. It was a very beautiful experience. I would highly recommend I will definitely go back to that place.
Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located.
Ok. I am a hotel snob. And the room that we stayed in was probably one of the best that we will ever stay in. We renewed our vows and even though we booked on Expedia (vs direct with LHW), they realized this and upgraded us. The service was on point and to be honest I would just book the suite instead of hoping for an upgrade. It was that good - frescos on the ceiling and the whole nine yards. I could go on, but you get the point. Appropriately attentive staff was always friendly. These 4 days were definitely a highlight of our 2 week Italian getaway.
This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Florence. It is easy to walk anywhere you choose. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are quiet, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
This is an amazingly beautiful property with gorgeous rooms. The location is fantastic as it it in close walking distance to wherever you would like to go. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. Rooms are kept up very well.
It was by far the best hotel ive ever been to. They gave me a free upgrade to the largest room there. It was incredible. But, besides the room, the staff went above and beyond. I never write out reviews but felt compelled to about this place.
The hotel is in the heart of Florence, steps away from the hotel you have all
The main squares… amazing museums restaurants, bars … everything you name it. Dante’s museum is leas than 100 steps away…
Wonderful. A+ rooms, service and location! Front desk was extremely helpful and responsive in getting several dinner reservations. Would absolutely stay again
