"It’s a really beautiful property, beach and the staff were very friendly. I was surprised how hard it was to get an hour extension on my checkout, which I didn’t end up doing as the front desk person sounded so negative about it. I used to work at a prominent hotel in nyc. I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there. "

"This property is over the top with live penguins, birds, fish. There is an on site professional photographer who was able to get us graduation photos during our stay with no advance booking. The beach is lovely and there are several boutique shops on site. This was the best hotel better than the Hyatt on Waikīkī."

"This is a beautiful resort. 3 pools of which one is adult only, and lots of dining options in the resort and nearby. Nice trails to walk on nearby and even an arcade inside. Service was really good. The only thing was I thought the room was on the smallish size for the price, and the outdoor pool chairs are super close to each other. "

"We have stayed at other resorts and will now only stay here. The island vibe is amazing. It’s not crowded and very serene. We had a full kitchen a beautiful view of the ocean and we were just steps from the beach. We rented a cabana for the whole week and enjoyed the beach immensely. If you are looking for corporate owned resorts don’t stay here. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful home away from home, this is the place!"
