Walking distance from shopping area and not too far from activities in the area, such as Sight and Sound, The Amish Experience and Penn Railroad Museum. Had a pleasant experience with staff and checked in at 2pm without any waiting. Room was mainly clean and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was continental and available. Simple and affordable which is what we wanted.

The room was clean and comfortable. The family room with 3 full size beds was an unusual find, but greatly appreciated!! The pillows were very flat, but we worked with it. The breakfast was extremely limited, but we will definitely look into staying again when we are back in the area!

No refrigerator, no hair dryer, no Kleenex in room, burn marks on spread, & had to call the front desk to get the shower to work. Breakfast was very continental. This was our second stay....the first was better. Great location, quiet, super nice staff. Two star facility.

Worked well for us and over $200 cheaper for a family of 6. Room has 3 full beds, which worked great for us. Location was excellent for us, seeing a show at Sight and Sound. Highly recommend anyone to see a show there. Absolutely excellent. And this place is a great value and location for that

The room was clean, I found a few hairs on the bedding, I guess that happens sometimes. The staff was nice and friendly. The free continental breakfast was maybe average. Some packages of bagels and a worn out toaster oven along with a few cereals. I gave up and went to Waffle House across the street.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were older, but clean and comfortable. We had some loud guests move in but management addressed the issue. Breakfast was adequate for my family but smaller than expected. It was mostly coffee, juice, cold cereal, bagels, and bananas. One room did not have a fridge the other had a nice sized one so be sure to check descriptions. I would definitely stay there again especially given the price.
