"Great staff "

"Rooms were clean, but the colors are overwhelming. You have to go downstairs to get coffee in the morning. Loud music when you step off the elevator at 5:30am is a bit much. Doors were slamming until 1am, keeping us awake. It's something to do with how they close."

"Nice little place off the main strip. Close to everything and a nice old time place. "

"The room was in desperate need of repairs No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no tissues the hardest pillows you’ve ever seen because they were so old and used The metal drain was broken and missing a stopper room was very dim not enough lighting you get two towels that were extra small one face cloth and two washcloths. Which were very rough. The woman on staff doesn’t help. She simply says she doesn’t have any access. She’s the only one there and she can’t grab a towel so I asked for the missing items so I could pick them up the next day because they are pet friendly. They don’t enter your room which is fine. I’ll pick it up. I go the next day and she tells me she doesn’t have it. I never told her that. We went around circles. At this point, I was stuck because other pet friendly places were not available."

"There is an indoor pool available 6 am -10:30 pm daily. The pool size is decent for a hotel indoor pool. We like it very much."

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Heated indoor pool and hot tub with lifeguards were lovely."

"Started out in room 234 and the tub was dirty and there was a used bar soap on the tub. They came promptly and cleaned it up though. Later, water was leaking under the sink when we turned the faucet on. They moved us to a new room 228. Everything was fine in the new room except the shower. Water was streaming out from the pull-knob that starts the shower. "

"The outside looks so run down the rooms were updated however our 2 night stay both nights the fire alarm went off multiple times and no apology ever from the staff. Honestly would of left second night if it hadn't been so late at night. The whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes they tried to use wall plugs to help the smell it didn't. My boyfriend said the place smelled like raw sewage. 0 out of 10 is our review we will never stay there again ever"
