"I did not have breakfast so can not comment on that, I can however say that the staff (especially Antoine and the gentlemen that picked me up after taking my car to park and when I landed in Buffalo on 3/30 was so kind and very friendly (I wish I had gotten his name but I do know that he loved to fish) all of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel rather flying out of Buffalo or vacationing in Buffalo a great place to stay. "

"Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great."

"Room was not ready an hour after the check-in time. Desk was nice and upgrading our room, the new room had no AC. When front desk was contacted, someone came at 8am, touched some buttons and left without communicating anything to us or fixing anything. Then, toilet wouldn't flush. We let them know around noon, they contacted us at 11:30pm if we wanted to move rooms. Parking was easy and always available and breakfast was good and runs pretty late. "

"Breakfast was perfect, breakfast staff are SO nice!! There was a cute breakfast staff male that was so helpful and so cordial! Loved the hotel and pool!! Pool lady was amazing, she even gave us extra time in there! This was our second stay there and we LOVE it!!"

"In town visiting family and to go to the March Madness games at KeyBank. This location was perfect for the 4 of us. Only about 20 minutes to get into the city. It is also located in an area on a quiet, safe street. It was so easy to get anywhere if you are going out and about, and has lots to offer near the house and only a minutes by car. Could not really enjoy the outside since the weather was typical Buffalo spring weather, but it would be real nice in the warmer months. The house, both inside and out, is kept in great shape, and has lots of included amenities (LOVE the Bills gear and the Tim's coffee). Also loved having 1 and a half baths, which is quite hard to find in smaller homes. Definitely would stay here again."
