"The view from the property is hard to beat, and Nick was very responsive. The house was expansive and easily accommodated my children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. There were no toys for toddlers but we had brought our own so no big deal. The hot tub experienced some downtime due to the weather being extremely cold before our stay but Nick brought in a tech to fix it. The location is a short drive to both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain and the skiing was good early in the day (we had a warm spell)."

"Great communication with host. The house was perfect for the adults and children. We had plenty of space. We do an annual ski trip every year and this was everyone’s favorite house. The location was absolutely perfect, west bowl was open our entire stay so it was truly ski in/out. Even if it’s not open the walk to the top chair lifts is super easy. The check in process was a breeze and the welcome basket with all the snacks was a great surprise."

"This house was not prepared to host guests during the winter with a broken fireplace, multiple broken windows, and no heat which put the safety of our group at risk amid sub-zero temperatures. The lack of a response or resolution from this host left us stranded in a winter storm without heat while snow and ice came in through the windows. This house would not pass a safety inspection and VRBO risks the health and safety of guests by allowing this house to be booked on their site. "
