"The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to...

"Nice property. It was the off season so it was very quiet. I imagine it’s very busy in summer. The checkin was also smooth and they contacted us in advance to confirm checkin details."

"Enjoyed our stay, lovely position with a great view from the large balcony. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to clean the small kitchen area before we left but a cleaning kit is supplied and it wasn’t really an issue,we also had to take our rubbish to the outside bins before we left. Lovely pool and good restaurants around the port. All in all good value for money."

"Conditions strictes: check-in à 16h et réception pas ouverte avant (attendre sous canicule avec une personne âgée n'était pas évident), check-out à 10h pile et facturation si retard. Pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle de la cuisine et ménage approximatif. Les avantages : le rapport qualité prix, la piscine/jacuzzi/salle de sport, le cadre à distance de marche du centre de Malaucène, la réactivité pour la communication par emails et le logement spacieux agréable "
