Petit bémol: très proche de la voie ferrée et on entend les trains. Maison bien équipée mais certaines choses auraient tout de même besoin d'etre changées (brosse WC très limite, balai cassé, pelle cassée, pinces a linge peu nombreuses et cassées...).
