I had great overnight stay for a work trip. My room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. Modern on/off button shower was good. The tv reception was not great (BBC1 didn't work), the carpet a little worn and the shower leaked to the bathroom floor but these were minor details and didn't really impact my overall view. I slept well, the staff were friendly and the best thing was the breakfast. Recommended for an overnight stay.

Met by overwhelming smell of air freshener which was clearly meant to cover up something possibly fresh paint. Made it a bit difficult to sleep normally. Then shower collapsed into itself but too late in evening to get fixed. Could not shower in the morning and receptionist not remotely interested when we informed him. No hint of recompense for not having a basic requirement of any hotel. Unbelievably disappointing experience

"We usually stay at the Moxy but this time I was a bit disappointed. I didn’t feel it was that clean and many marks and damages in the room. You could hardly look out of the window, it was that dirty. We were charged £30 for a breakfast for 2 and there weren’t many drinks as the Jussie machine wasn’t ..."
