I liked the bathroom. No ramps in front of hotel for luggage or accessibility for strollers or wheelchairs.Main entrance revolving door broken. Reception desk lacked privacy. No water in room or in reception area for weary travelers. Was not directed to carts for luggage.

Positive: Onsite Parking, Spacious rooms, decent breakfast (Savita and team were very helpful), staff was polite and helpful
Negative: Dated property, malfunctioning lift, lack of onsite cleaner (as I was informed by the reception when I mentioned after check-in that the bin was full of rubbish)
