Birthday holiday
Had a great two weeks holiday, first time in this apartment and enjoyed it. Large balcony good sea view restaurant and supermarket close by. The only downside is the amount of steps but it was ok once you got used to it. Melanie who looks after the apartment looked after us really well. Thanks Angie and Dave

Bed wasn’t comfortable. Not being able to flush toilet paper was a nuisance and would deter us in the future. Sink kept making loud gurgling noises even when not being used.

Thank you for your feedback! You shouldn't flush the toilet paper at the whole Canary Islands, it's because of the sewage pipes. It is not a special rule only for the apartment.

Lovely apartment, we ate out so didnt use appliances.everything close within 10 minute walk along beautiful stroll along the boardwalk overlooking the harbourside, loads of fish to see in crystal clear water. Only dowside was the steps. And also on arrival every over apartment i have used through home away vrbo there has been those fee things you need milk water and sugar. Maybe this is something you could add just to make a perfect stay in lovely apartment that extra special. Melanie was easy to contact and communicate with. Thanks for great stay. Jason & Melanie

Puerto del Carmen Old Town, Two Bedroom Apartment with Sea View
Good size, recently renovated to a high standard throughout, two bedroom apartment at the end of the harbour area of Puerto del Carmen Old Town. Balcony with sea view, air conditioning in main bedroom. Supermarket within a five minute walk. Many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Some steps and slopes to negotiate wherever you want to go but nothing too severe. Car not essential but would be useful if you want to see the rest of the island, otherwise frequent bus services to all the main resorts are available within a 15 minute walk. All in all an excellent place for two or three people to stay in central PDC, highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in excellent location
An exceptionally comfortable apartment with very modern equipment. The location is perfect on a well maintained pedestrian only street, minutes from the centre of the old town.

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, zentral gelegen und entsprch den angegebenen Kriterien. Einziger Mehmutstropfen war die lärmintensive Baustelle im benachbarten unteren Appartement sowie die Geräusche des direkt oberhalb liegende Appartement. (je nach Gästen). Das Appartement ist empfehlenswert.

Charmant appartement très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé. Appartement à proximité du port de Puerto del Carmen dans un quartier calme et authentique. Notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre à l'arrivée malgré le retard de notre avion. Lanzarote offre beaucoup de possibilités, plages, environnement naturel exceptionnel, architecture, art, etc. Un séjour très agréable et intéressant.

Varadero appartement
The appartement was super good, everything you need and even more was there. Only 5 minutes walk at the harbor and 10 minutes to playa Chica. A lovely little beach. It was super because the entrance was situated at the footpath to Puerto Calero. No cars, motorcycles or bicycles in front of you. We will be back!

Ideallage am Rand des alten Kerns um den Hafen
Eine schöne und sehr ruhig am Südrand der Stadt am Hafen gelegene Wohnung - ideal sowohl als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge in den Trubel Puerto del Carmens und seine Strände als auch für Küstenwanderungen nach Puerto Calero und Playa Quemada. Beide Schlafzimmer sollten mit (intakten) Mückengittern versehen werden.

Die Spannung bleibt.
Leider hat uns Corona daran gehindert, Urlaub, auf den wir uns so sehr gefreut haben, auf Lanzarote zu verbringen. Die Reise wird nachgeholt. Sehen wir es positiv: Die Zeit der Vorfreude wird verlängert. PS Da es sich um eine Blindbewertung handelt, habe ich jeweils den mittleren Wert genommen.
