This cozy and completely renovated apartment offers a fantastic view right at the end of the harbor in the old town of Puerto del Carmen.
The apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac and is directly connected to the beautiful promenade path that leads to the marina of Puerto Calero.

In a few minutes walk to the old port, where numerous bars and restaurants are located. The nearest supermarket is only 50 meters away.

The nearest beach (Playa Chica) is about 700m away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with pull-out single beds, each with large fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer is available. The living room is very spacious and has a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

On the balcony you can enjoy breakfast in the morning with a view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Satellite TV is available for entertainment in the apartment.

Had a great two weeks holiday, first time in this apartment and enjoyed it. Large balcony good sea view restaurant and supermarket close by. The only downside is the amount of steps but it was ok once you got used to it. Melanie who looks after the apartment looked after us really well. Thanks Angie and Dave

Lovely apartment, we ate out so didnt use appliances.everything close within 10 minute walk along beautiful stroll along the boardwalk overlooking the harbourside, loads of fish to see in crystal clear water. Only dowside was the steps. And also on arrival every over apartment i have used through home away vrbo there has been those fee things you need milk water and sugar. Maybe this is something you could add just to make a perfect stay in lovely apartment that extra special. Melanie was easy to contact and communicate with. Thanks for great stay. Jason & Melanie

Puerto del Carmen Old Town, Two Bedroom Apartment with Sea View
Good size, recently renovated to a high standard throughout, two bedroom apartment at the end of the harbour area of Puerto del Carmen Old Town. Balcony with sea view, air conditioning in main bedroom. Supermarket within a five minute walk. Many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Some steps and slopes to negotiate wherever you want to go but nothing too severe. Car not essential but would be useful if you want to see the rest of the island, otherwise frequent bus services to all the main resorts are available within a 15 minute walk. All in all an excellent place for two or three people to stay in central PDC, highly recommended.

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, zentral gelegen und entsprch den angegebenen Kriterien. Einziger Mehmutstropfen war die lärmintensive Baustelle im benachbarten unteren Appartement sowie die Geräusche des direkt oberhalb liegende Appartement. (je nach Gästen). Das Appartement ist empfehlenswert.
