We air conditioner did not work right we had the temperature set too high and had a governor you couldn’t turn it down to get it cooler. It ran 24 hours and never cooled the room off. It was super hot in there. Most things were broken safe didn’t work, everything was in disrepair

Like the old saying goes, all good things must come to end was there before the pandemic was OK now no hot water. Good luck with the Wi-Fi and the only thing is the toilet is OK as long as you never have to use it. Water pressure is basically nonexistent no hot water even after you wait 10 minutes Lukewarm is the best it could do

This is a 2 star at best! Roaches, dirty room, pictures online are not accurate! They only give one room key so you can’t leave the room key in the room to keep the ac on. Even hours after having the ac on it was 78 degrees. Breakfast was awful! We stayed at Belmont at the beginning of our trip which was only $10 more and their facility was pristine with an AMAZING buffet breakfast.

This hotel is close to airport and provide one-way transportation to the airport. The bathroom is not so clean. Staffs are friendly but the hotel charging extra for everything for every little things. I asked for extra pillow, since pillow is too small. They charge 100 peso/pillow.

The service is great. Pick up from airport. The area is secure and safe. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is really bad 3/10. Even though it is free it tastes terrible. They dont give you enough towels only two. You have to call and ask and give them your first used two. The spa is closed. They dont give you bodywash. Just shampoo and conditioner. Only one bottle. The area however is packed with food and the Mall beside it is very very bad. Probably the worst mall in the Phillipines.

located in a busy section of BASAK. Room was large and comfortable, so was the king size bed. hot water, in the shower is excellent. Aircon is excellent thoroughly satisfied with the service.

This is a decent hotel and close to all the amenities including a 15min drive to the airport. Staff are not overly friendly, but we were just staying for convenience.

Photos are misleading. My advice to the management: Hire one doorman instead of 2 and use the money to fix up the hallways. Room was ok.

Treatment required.
We stayed here one night to be close to the airport. The room was well appointed, and quiet as it is off the main road. The restaurant was good and convenient. Staff was good and very responsive. But when the lights go out in the room it was unfortunate that the baby roaches came out, starting in the bathroom and spreading out from there. Once the lights are on they tented to hide back in their respective hiding locations, drains, behind molding etc. Bed was comfortable.

Issues with air conditioning and internet. Air conditioning Units looks new but it was not functioning well. Staff were kind and accommodating by moving us to a different room. Internet worked well on the second room but air conditioning is just a slight improvement. I am not sure what’s wrong with the units. Maybe needs cleaning? Not sure.

Bathroom walls needs to be cleaned. AC needs to be service & cleaned in order to maintain its coolness. TV channels are limited only for news & advertisements. No movies. I’m fairly satisfied with my stay for a two-star hotel.

The property is very outdated; the area is very sketchy. We got a different room to compare to what we booked, and they didn't tell us (instead of getting a king-size bed, we got two single beds). When I complained, they told me they could have put the bed together for us, but they never did it. The bathroom was rusty; there was NO HOT WATER, and the smell of the water was disgusting. I do not recommend this place!

The property was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The area directly outside the property was awful and not what we had hoped for. That being said. .the 24 HOUR AIRPORT SHUTTLE makes up for Any shortcomings. So overall we give 4.5 stars

Great staff. Very welcoming. The room was very spacious and very nicely decorated. Bed was stiff but very common here in the Philippines. No hot water in shower barely Luke warm. I would definitely stay again, even though small issues. Breakfast Beef tapa was really good. But the bacon not so good. There is a mall 2 doors down. Lots of shopping in the area including outlets. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We are grateful for the free airport shuttle service. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast left us wanting, but the coffee and pineapple were good. Thank you Appleton for the nice and convenient stay!

Bed was hard!
Overall the room was adequate. However, the bed was as hard as a board. This was probably the worst night's sleep I've had in any motel anywhere. My back hurt so bad. Very uncomfortable. However the Staff was friendly
