We really enjoyed our stay Keith was very welcoming and helpful and accommodating we sadly never met his wife but we did enjoy a lovely breakfast cooked by her would definitely go back again

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend St.Leonards Guest House. Lovely room, quirky and very well presented, exceptionally clean and a comfortable bed. Great having the fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Beautiful selection for breakfast. The host Keith was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond during our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Plenty of choice from fresh fruit salad to cooked breakfast. Room was spotless plenty of towels and loads of essentials. Fridge in room equipped with fresh milk and ice cold water. Ideally placed next to morrisons and close to station. Great friendly host couldn't do enough to please. Will definately stay thete again.

We had such a lovely stay, the host met us at the door and was so helpful and kind. A lovely breakfast and relaxing place to stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Comfortable and charming seaside b&b

Very comfortable and looked after well by the owners. Shared bathroom has the benefit of being a huge shower! Lovely breakfast in a good location for the seafront. Will look to book again.
