"The room was not clean ! My stay was only for one night . But there’s a list of information for long term Guest 1 linen change every 14 days 2 take out your garbage 3 extra $$$ I’d you want housekeeping the list is longer but these 3 stuck with me "

"Another quick overnight stay here between flights. Room was clean. A/C was cool enough. Basic and inexpensive - just what we needed. "

"The hotel is well located in a very quiet area of Miami Lakes, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which is definitely a plus. The facilities themselves are good, but unfortunately they seem to be poorly maintained. The rooms have a noticeable humidity issue, and the air conditioning units are not very effective at controlling it. In our case, the bathroom and bathtub drainage did not work properly which made the stay less comfortable. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was not very well presented, and it was removed before the stated time of 9:30 Reservation issues, i booked and pay for a specific type of room, but upon arrival wasn’t available, and they try to assign you a lower-category room without clear accountability or proper resolution. These are issues that management should definitely address, as the property has good potential but needs better attention to detail and service consistency."

"It was okay definitely did not have 3 bathrooms like it said when I booked it. Did have 3 bedrooms but all the beds were different sizes not all queens like noted and it is about 30 to 40 minutes from Miami Beach "
