The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms and overall hotel experience truly lived up to the standards expected of a 5-star property. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Great place to stay. Only 2 negative comments, first, entertainment was limited to 1 hour ???? We are on holiday and would like to dance and sing, and enjoy our evenings Second, food was basic at the restaurant, burgers, ect. We ended up eating at a nearby restaurant where the staff were so friendly and the menu was just unbelievable for the price. Apart from that it was a good place to stay but not knowing that los gigantes is built on the hillside you need to be prepared for a pleasant walk down to beach and harbour ect and a really exhausting walk back uphill in the heat, not good for us pensioners, but all in all a great place.

"The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. ..."
