The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. I feel like we were treated less and were less attentive for being Hispanic ! And it is not family friendly. My kids were told they couldn’t swim in the pool for being to loud and too splashy . Will never come again .

You get what you pay for! We chose this hotel for the price given the good reviews and it was a great decision! My kids loved the pool and enjoyed the activities and shows. We ate really well, good service. The room was old but clean, same as everything else on this property.

We love our stay at Costa Sur. The balcony over the water, friendly staff and beautiful breakfast every day. My daughter had fun in the pool playing volleyball and ping pong. We would definitely stay again.
