"The property itself was clean but the check in process was terrible. The lock box to collect the keys is over an hours walk from the property, and when I got there, there were no keys for me. Eventually after phone calls and messages I got a code to enter the building. This was all very stressful being in a new city and carrying luggage. I am still waiting my deposit refund to. "
