"Excelente ubicación, enfrente tienes la playa y estás en el malecón donde hay variedad de restaurantes, enfrente tienes el supermarket con precios muy accesibles, caminar de la estación de guaguas al hotel me pareció accesible y fácil. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras con una limpieza excelente, el precio me pareció muy justo por el servicio y el desayuno incluido, muy rico, vareado y llenador, cabe mencionar que desde la recepción, fueron súper amables y acogibles, sin duda volvería."

"Worst bed ever. I could feel the springs. Safe was locked when we got there, requested someone to open it, they never showed up. Shower door leaks, giant puddle. No free water. Staff and restaurants were very good! Very clean. "

"The rooms were great, the roof top was very nice and the location was fabulous, so close to the boardwalk and beach. The receptionist on the front desk “Saskia”, was very nice and extremely helpful with all our questions. We would definitely recommend Lemon and Soul Las Palmas."

"2 night stay both nights terrible. First night given “last room in hotel”, which had a broken drain and spent the night with sickening sewage smell. I did not complain and was given another room. The room was fine but at 3:30am a tapping noise from aircon or pipes started and no sleep. I had to leave noisy room after 2 hours and sit in reception from 5:00am. 2 nights of hell. Location good and nice gym and pool on the roof. Breakfast dreadful. Reception staff unhelpful. "
