Minimalist Studio 3 Minutes Walk to Las Canteras Beach

Comfortable studio located very close to the beach and city centre of Las Palmas. It is external or exterior, where you can see the street from the window. The studio is 2 minutes from Las Canteras beach and 2 minutes from Parque Santa Catalina, where the music festivals and events are held.

Located on the third floor, accessible by stairs only.

1-Our apartment is located in a vibrant and lively neighborhood known for its bustling nightlife and local culture. While this adds to the unique charm of the area, it may also mean some noise can be heard from nearby venues and streets until around midnight to 1 AM. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet environment, our place is likely not for you.

2- The apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit that requires a window to be slightly open to vent the hot air outside. As a result, some noise from the street may be audible when the AC is in use.

3- Amenities such as shower gel, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, or wine are provided as a courtesy and are not replenished for the entire duration of your stay.

4- We offer IT equipment in this apartment for remote working. The equipment included is: a 600 MB Internet connection with a ping below 50ms*, an office chair, and a 24-inch monitor with an HDMI cable. The Remote working equipment is stored in the apartment, with a visible sign indicating access. Feel free to use anything you need, but please be considerate and keep it in good condition for the next guest.
