Newly refurbished and large apartment located only 30 metres from Las Canteras Beach. Being on a second floor*, this 2 bedroomed apartment with two bathrooms holds all necessary features to feel like home away from home.

Fully equipped with, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV,dining area and small balcony that offers lateral views over the sea and Las Canteras Beach.

There is air condition in both bedrooms! This one of our best properties, full of comfort, thought for our most demanding customers. Las Canteras Beach is one of the best city beaches in Spain holding 3 km length. The promenade boasts a lively ambience full of shops, restaurants, and all you may need on foot!

* Not recommended for PRM, second floor, no elevator.

*** A security deposit of 400€ is required for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
