Cozy and bright apartment located a few meters from Las Canteras beach

Apartment located on the fourth floor of a four-storey building very well located, with elevator, a few meters from the beach of Las Canteras, in perfect condition (newly renovated) and very quiet. Near the auditorium and the palace of music. Very comfortable to move to any place on the island, with easy access to leisure areas, playground, restaurants, cafes, pubs, terraces, schools and establishments selling surf items and other services. With a maximum capacity for 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed of 1.90 x 1.50 and the other double bed of 1.90 x 1.35, 1 bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen , equipped with the following appliances
(oven, vitro, microwave, fridge) and utensils (blender, electric water heater, electric juicer, toaster, iron and board ...), laundry with washing machine and indoor and outdoor clothesline. Very well furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and very satisfying stay: full linen including beach towels, hairdryer, free internet access (wifi), TV. You will also find bath gel and shampoo, dishwasher. We have a cot and high chair in case of stays with children. Possibility of transfer the day of arrival from the airport to the apartment. It is twenty minutes from the airport from which there is a good transport service. Optional parking € 5 / day.

Perfect place for a relaxing break!

We loved this apartment. It had a lift and was a minute walk from the sandy beach and sea. If you like surfing, you’ll love Cateras. It was also a short walk from a huge shopping mall which was fabulous - Les Arenas. It was also surrounded by little bars, restaurants, shops. A walk along the paseo, promenade took you parallel along the sandy beach and clear water. Passing restaurants, cafes, bars, shops. Lovely bakeries with fresh bread and spanish pastries, where you could have a coffee also. I found a beautician there and had 2 shellac manicures and also my hair done by an expert hairdresser. Wish I could have put him in my suitcase. So professional. Everyone was friendly and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The flat had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The only one tiny issue was that I was ill for 10 days, out of the month we stayed, and the flat only has Spanish tv. It would have been great if I could have watched a film or even the BBC news on tv whilst I was ill. So an upgrade on the tv would be nice, but if I wasn’t ill, I wouldn’t want to be in anyway, but it would have been good to have kept up with world news. But minor compared to our enjoyment staying there. We would definitely go back.

Winter stay in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria

Property good value for money and very near to a blue flag beach, as advertised. Weather was better than we expected between 19 and 26 degrees Celsius in January. Owner has provided excellent facilities with thoughtful touches like towels for the beach as well as apartment, washing up liquid, plenty of kitchen and loo rolls. She speaks French and Spanish and was most accommodating and welcoming. We had the use of an underground garage nearby for a nominal sum. We shall return!
