Accommodation of 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv.
With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection.

Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also to scarce 5 minutes we find the commercial area of Mesa Y
The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats.

The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
Great for strolling along the promenade or the beach and watching spectacular sunsets.

Spotless and great location
The apartment is in a great location with bars, restaurants and supermarket as soon as you step out of the building . Canteras beach is jus 6min away by foot. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped for short and long stays. There’s street parking or a parking garage less than 100m away. The building had a few electricity shortages during the week of my stay, a bit annoying but electricity retuned within 30mins each time. Communication with the property manager should improve, they were not responsive at times and the checking process took sometime bc they did not send instructions in advance. Despite the little nuances, I would stay there again.
