The 25 m2 terrace, placed just a jump in front of 'Las Canteras' beach, made of Ipe-wood, with a pretty small cactarium-garden, equipped with a removable motorized awning and an outdoor furniture of teakwood, is the perfect place for having your romantic out-door dinners or to enjoying the warm sunshine of the Canary´s in privacy.

Survey your Kids from the terrace while they are playing on the beach. Prepare yourself an ice-cool drink or eat a delicious Snack before laying back in the year-round sunshine on one of the terrace’s sun loungers of the apartment. Or take a refreshing dip into the sea before taking place at one outdoor-table of many of the Quality Gastronomic Restaurants situated along the Promenade of 'Las Canteras' Beach.

This comfortable two bed-rooms Apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture, has a large Living room, which offers spectacular ocean views and has its own High-Quality equipped kitchen, which also offers stunning Atlantic Ocean views.
The large Living room is very spacious (30 m2) and equipped with a very comfortable Sofa and a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs and a bar-table with two stools (one baby-chair also available). One big size 42' Flat LED-TV connected to the ASTRA-Satellite TV, with more than 100 open channels in English, German, French and many other languages, also connected to the Digital Terrestrial TV (DTT) with all Spanish High-Definition channels. You will find also a DVD Player and a selected DVD-Film-collection in English, German, French and Spanish. A Stereo CD/Mp3 Music and Radio Player with Smartphone/Mp3 docking Station and USB port will be at your disposal for making you fill like at home.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, like a vitro-ceramic (also with induction function) with an extractor hood, electric oven, a quality refrigerator provided with a big freezer and a microwave. At your disposal you will find selected tableware, toaster, coffee machine, water kettle, electric squeezer, beater and many other extras.

Both bedrooms feature large wardrobes and overlook a very quiet street situated at the back of the building.

The bathroom, although not so large, is very functional and stylish with travertine marble covered and high-quality bathroom furniture, including a very comfortable bathtub/shower with a glass screen. You will find a hairdryer stored into the drawer under the washbasin. Let yourself be surprised by the piped music and a very particular lighting.

There is a separated laundry-room equipped with a washing machine at your disposal. An iron and an iron table complement the facilities.

Nearby are different supermarkets, numerous shops and restaurants. Very cloth you will find rental cars and travel agencies for planning your day trips around the Island. The promenade of “Las Canteras” beach, directly in front of the apartment is the meeting place of the city for open air concerts, festivals events and diverse activities around the year.

The Apartment-building has two exits, one of them opening directly at the same level to the promenade of “Las Canteras” Beach, which is a very comfortably access for persons with reduced mobility. The very spacious elevator allows a comfortable access to the Apartment floor or to the underground garage with a parking place for your rental car.

A holiday unfortunately spoilt by the accommodation
Unfortunately, the communication by the owner was poor ,the flat was dirty and the description of the property was not accurate. On arrival to the flat we found the parking was substandard, the oven was not working (or any attempt to fix it), the fridge was very dirty, we also had rough night sleep due to the ill fitting shutters that move throughout the night. After we booked we received a long list of rules pertaining to the use of the outside furniture, which made them largely unusable, to add to the whole experience we were then fined and additional 80 euros for the replacement of an ill fitting outside furniture cover (that we didn't use) that blew off in the storm. We would definitely not visit this flat again which was a shame.

Top Lage! Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Autobahn, vermeidet Stadtgekurve. Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Innerhalb der Stadt gute ÖV-Anbindung, zudem vieles in Laufnähe. Appartment umfassend ausgestattet, alles in gutem Zustand und benutzte Ausstattung einwandfrei funktionierend (Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Bad/WC, etc.). Hammer Balkon! Betten i.O. - für zwei Erwachsene wäre gleichwertige Bettenausstattung in den zwei Schlafräumen wünschenswert. Alles stimmig beschrieben und vorgefunden wie dargestellt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen :-)

Beste Aussichten für den Urlaub!
Die Terrasse ist bereits in mehreren Bewertungen gepriesen worden und wir können uns dem nur anschließen: Sie macht die Wohnung zu etwas ganz Besonderem! Jeder Zeit den unverstellten Blick auf Meer und Küste wahlweise in der Sonne oder im Schatten, bequem sitzend oder liegend genießen zu können, ist sehr entspannend und erholsam und Urlaubsfeeling, wie man es sich wünscht! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht und hochwertig, wenngleich man einigen Stücken die starke Beanspruchung durch Feriengäste mittlerweile ansieht. Die Wohnung verfügt über viel durchdachten Stauraum, sodass man Gepäck und Koffer(!) so unterbringen kann, dass sie nie stören; das gilt auch für das (sehr kleine) Bad, wo alle Sanitärartikel in Schrank oder Schublade untergebracht werden können. Eine umfangreiche Küchenausstattung ermöglicht problemlos die Selbstversorgung vor Ort. Die Lage der Wohnung an der Strandpromenade haben wir als ideal empfunden, weil das Haus in einem ruhigen Abschnitt liegt (keine Gastronomie im EG), aber fußläufig alles erreichbar ist; sowohl Restaurants und Cafés für jeden Geschmack, als auch z.T. hochspezialisierte Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf. So konnten wir z.B. hervorragende glutenfreie Produkte von einer Bäckerei / Konditorei aus knapp 200m Entfernung genießen und haben uns über das umfangreiche Sortiment an Spezialprodukten der ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichenden Supermärkte sehr gefreut. Kontakt und Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter funktionieren verlässlich und schnell, sodass Fragen schnell geklärt werden können. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie im Wiederholungsfall (mit 3 Personen) gerne wieder nutzen!
