You will enjoy a bright loft with sea and city views of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, located in a quiet area. It features two spacious suite-style bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and bidet. The kitchen is large and well equipped, including a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and oven. The dining area seats six, and the living room offers Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Just 10 minutes away is the historic center of Vegueta, where you can visit tourist attractions such as the Cathedral and Santa Ana Square, the Casa de Colón, the CAAM museum, and the Vegueta market. You will also find leisure and dining areas. On Triana Street, you have the chance to shop in a pleasant open environment.



You can enjoy Las Canteras, one of the best urban beaches, with a promenade stretching from the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium in the Guanarteme area to El Confital, passing by Peña de la Vieja, Playa Chica, and La Puntilla. These 5 km offer a wide variety of gastronomy and both daytime and nighttime entertainment venues.



We invite you to discover our unique "miniature continent" called Gran Canaria. You can be at the "Mirador del Fin del Mundo" in the pine forest of Tamadaba Natural Park, observing the Teide peak on the neighboring island while looking at the Agaete port, and in just 30 minutes reach the south coast to enjoy its beaches or a cocktail bar that suits your taste.

The unit is beautiful and well located. The view is amazing. We cannot praise our host enough. He was super responsive and really helpful. We felt like we had the support of a hotel with the benefits of an apartment.
It does not get ant better than this at sunrise.
