    Apartment building located just a step away from the wonderful Playa de Las Canteras and the city center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. You will love my place because of its location and atmosphere. My accommodation is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with children).

    It is a 6-story building with one apartment per floor. Very quiet, well-maintained, and very clean.

    The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, hairdryer, bed linens, and towels.

    Located on the 3rd floor of the building.

    The apartment is in a very quiet building fully owned by us. Very well maintained, with on-site maintenance staff available to assist guests in case of any issues.

    The neighborhood is excellent, with many restaurants, terraces, ice cream shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, etc. Just a short walk from Playa de Las Canteras, a landmark of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

    Very close to shopping areas, the auditorium, and more.

    The apartment is very well located, only 1 minute from Playa de Las Canteras and close to shopping areas. Good public transport connections.
