Houseboats in Las Palmas

We were a family of three, retirees and our 30 yr old daughter with Intellectual Disability. We had an amazingly good holiday at this top class resort. Every aspect of the setting and amenities were excellent. The staff were exceptional in their care and personal attention to detail. We found that, for example, there was a very speedy service in the restaurant. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The highlight for us was the food. A fantastic range of fruits for breakfast, and mouth-watering five-course meals in the evening with a great range of wines. We liked the peaceful and relaxing ambiance of the pool area. There are several walks in the vicinity of the hotel and several good eateries down by the sea also.

Really clean, well maintained modern hotel. Gym needs to be extended, there are not enough machines and you or someone else is usually waiting. There should also be a note left in room telling you not to use the tap water for the kettle or coffee machine, we only found out by asking and wer e told under no circumstances to use it. If it is that important, it needs to be noted.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile that continued throughout our stay. Rooms were really nice - spacious and like the entire resort, spotlessly clean. The food was of excellent quality and service was really good. We ate here event night, despite thinking we might go elsewhere for a change. But the food was so good, it was hard to venture out elsewhere. Pool was lovely - very clean and heated, making it ideal for a swim at any time. Comfortable sun loungers and peace...

Bright sunny room 3rd floor overlooking the beach.A bottle of champagne on ice,2small bottles of red wine and fruit bowl greeted us on arrival. There were 2 sun loungers for our use on the veranda,also slippers and robes. The air conditioning was very welcome. Terrific food at all mealtimes plenty of choice for everyone. Bus stop across the road and taxis are cheap.

We arrived 2 hours before nominal check-in due to an early flight arrival. The check-in was very simple and we were offered a drink at check-in while we waited. We were given a room key where we could charge lunch etc to our room while we waited for it to be prepared. At this stage we went for a look around, the mirador pool area was very nice an quiet, just what we needed.

Really great hotel! Personalised service on checkin, with a tour of the hotel and facilities. Very friendly staff all the time. Great extra touches like a tablet with built in wi-fi hotspot for use on the beach etc, bed was done each night, everything was done very nicely. We also had the breakfast and dinner included, which was great - very lovely restaurant on the roof with great views and very nice food. You have to book each night for dinner though (as it's a proper menu, not a buffet),...

Hotel Levvi Lumm is an amazing place in a very great location. Close to shops and mall (2 minutes walk), close to bus station (1 minute walk), close to restaurants (5 minutes walk), close to the fantastic beach (15 minutes walk) Breakfast was good. I only wish that an additional seat be placed in the room so two people can somehow sit and chat
