The staff was very friendly and assisted us at every step of the way including airport taxi. Everything felt luxurious. The people were amazing. "Beautiful hotel that is huge. Be sure to check how far your room is at check in if you have any mobility issues. The pools are incredible. The food offer is vast - not entirely sure I’d go half board there again as it was too busy. Breakfast was ok"
