Room 326 initially given was noisy being close to external ventilation machinery. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us a quieter room and with a better view. Only downside is the hotel is dated, and the 2nd floor of block 3 smellt as if the drains were faulty. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Entirely satisfied with our stay at Servatur Waikiki. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very organised. The only thing I could say is that some of the communal areas could do with a bit of a make over but that did not affect our stay in any shale or form

Crowded hotel. Breakfast choice good. Cleaning service outstanding. Animation team very variable. Good value
