Oli ihan hyvä hotelli , palvelu siivous ja ruokaa . Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia ( minibaaria) joka aiheutti pieniä vaikeuksia lasten kansaa olemiseen huoneessa .huoneen siivous oli hyvä , mutta hotellissa on niin paljon ihmisiä joten siellä ei vissin ehtivät siivoa paremmin ( verhot, sohvankangas , seinät , ovet olivat aika likaiset ) ovi sekä suihkuun että pääovi huoneessa ei oikein toiminut .huoneessa ei ollut edes vesipulloa vaikka tultiin sinne yölennolla.

Lovely family friendly hotel
Lovely family friendly hotel. The food was lovely and varied with plenty of choice. It was always well presented and hot. The waiting staff were always friendly and efficient at clearing the tables. Lovely champagne breakfast on Sunday and a large chocolate fountain was a treat. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The hotel had a lovely large lively pool, but the sun bed culture meant you had to get up early so get a bed so you can watch over your children. Unfortunately, although there was meant to be a life guard, he was never really present and when he was, he was rarely watching over the pool. The entertainment needs improving. It finished too early in the evening as the singers were only on for 1.5 hours. The disco downstairs was non existent as they sent the kids away but most of the guests had kids as it was a family resort. The day time entertainment for the kids could do with improvement too. Apart from the water polo it wasn’t very good. Archery happened under the glare of the midday sun, with only one archery board for example. Overall my family of 4 had a lovely holiday as would definitely return.

I nevered stayed there i booked my trip for san juan puerto rico not there and me and my wife had to sleep on the floor at the airport it wasn't right at all and when i tried to get my money back i couldn't the person who i talked to said that it wasn't their problem so we slept on the floor in san juan puerto rico airport that's how it went until i got paid to book another hotel so i needed my money back into my account please. I always book my rooms with yall and never had this problem customer service was horrible so please can you put .y money back into my account thank you. Calvin Page .
